Dr. Issey Chew-Chin

Dr. Issey joined Leclair Equine in August 2025. She is originally from Massachusetts where she took English riding lessons at a local barn and quickly determined she would pursue veterinary medicine. Dr. Issey graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine and then went on to complete an equine internship at Reid & Associates, a private referral practice in South Florida. She continued to work there for another 2 years and during that time became certified in equine acupuncture through the Chi Institute. She then moved to Colorado, and enjoys hiking in her free time.
